Our office in Cobham was formed as a new office shortly after the business first started in 2003, now led by director, Gareth Davies. The Cobham Branch quickly established itself as one of the leading agents locally, dealing with a wide range of properties from small investment or first time home buyer up to significant one off mansions in the private estates. Many of our property buyers in Cobham are families who have chosen the area specifically for its access to excellent private schools and easy commute into London via train. From our High Street office we cover residential sales and lettings within a wide area to predominantly include all of Cobham ,Oxshott and Esher as well as areas such as Ockham, Horsley and Fetcham to name a few. The Village High Street has evolved over recent years to include a wide range of boutiques and restaurants, recently including The Ivy Brasserie. Outdoor pursuits are widely available nearby with fantastic walks and cycle routes being easily accessible.
